Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of continuing to provide you top quality service.

ORDER PROCESSING:

Most orders will be processed within 2-3 business of receipt (not including weekend or holidays).  Should your item not be in stock, you will be immediately notified that there may be a delay and given an estimated timeframe of shipping.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Because we strive to ship as quickly as we can, it is not possible to cancel orders once they have been placed so please be sure your order is correct before submitting to us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.  If you have received an item as a result of our error, we will gladly exchange the item for the correct one at no additional charge.  Should you have a problem with any of our products, please contact us at 512-740-3766 for additional instructions.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Should you receive a package that has been damaged by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us within 24 hours at 512-740-3766 for further instructions.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

Our regular method of shipping is via USPS. If you desire an alternate carrier, please note that in the COMMENT area and we will adjust your charges accordingly.

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS:

We are currently unable to accept orders billed to or shipped to destinations outside the United States.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Azure Aromatique Products accepts Visa and Mastercard. We're sorry, but we cannot accept personal checks or money orders. For your security, your billing information must match the credit card used in the transaction. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.

SALES TAX:

Sales tax will automatically be added to residents of the State of Texas.

INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS:

Please note that we currently cannot fill orders or ship to addresses outside the United States.
