ORDER PROCESSING:

Most orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.  Should your item not be in stock, you will be immediately notified that there may be a delay and given an estimated timeframe of shipping.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Because we strive to ship as quickly as we can, it is not possible to cancel orders once they have been placed so please be sure your order is correct before submitting to us.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.  If you have received an item as a result of our error, we will gladly exchange the item for the correct one at no additional charge.  Should you have a problem with any of our products, please contact us at 512-740-3766 for additional instructions.

 

LOST PACKAGES

We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected packages. If you are unavailable to receive shipment, we suggest that you have your order sent to an address where someone can accept delivery on your behalf.  Insurance and/or Signature Confirmation can be requested for an additional fee.  Please note your request in the comment section of the order form or by sending us an email.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Should you receive a package that has been damaged by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us within 24 hours at 512-740-3766 for further instructions.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES:

Our regular method of shipping is via USPS. If you desire an alternate carrier, please note that in the COMMENT area and we will adjust your charges accordingly.

We are currently unable to accept orders billed to or shipped to destinations outside the United States.

Please note that we currently cannot fill orders or ship to addresses outside the United States.
